CreaRápido can use WhatsApp as a basic contact channel and can also connect to WhatsApp Business Platform when configured.

Basic WhatsApp

The website can store a business WhatsApp number for contact buttons and sales flows.

WhatsApp Business Platform

The panel includes connection logic, webhook subscription and template access when the Meta connection is active.

WhatsApp orders

A website can prepare an order/message and open WhatsApp for the customer to continue the conversation. This is not automatically an electronically confirmed payment.

Important distinction

The WhatsApp number configured inside a website belongs to that business. It is not automatically CreaRápido support.
