By accessing and using CreaRápido, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Continued use of the platform implies full acceptance of the conditions described here, including updates that may be published.
2. Legal Identification and Jurisdiction
CreaRápido is operated by Jesús David Rodríguez, located in Colombia.
3. Credits and Payment System
We operate under a 'Pay-as-you-go' model. Credits do not expire while the account is active. Refunds only apply to confirmed technical failures, not due to dissatisfaction with the creative results of the AI. No refunds will be issued in cases of suspension for violation of these Terms.
4. Ownership and AI Usage
Your creations are yours. You have full commercial use rights over the results generated through our platform.
5. Termination and Account Closure
You may close your account at any time from the settings panel.
6. Limitation of Liability
CreaRápido shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or any harm derived from the use of the tool. The service is provided 'as is' without guarantees of accuracy or extreme realism. The user assumes full responsibility for content published on platform subdomains.
7. Prohibited Uses
It is strictly prohibited to use CreaRápido or any subdomain generated on this platform for the following activities. Non-compliance will result in immediate suspension without prior notice:

CreaRápido reserves the right to suspend, block, or delete without prior notice any site or account that violates these Terms of Service, responds to a substantiated abuse report, or is identified as a risk to other users or third parties.
9. Subdomain Usage
By publishing a site on a CreaRápido subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.crearapido.com), you understand that said subdomain is under CreaRápido's infrastructure and subject to these Terms. CreaRápido may redirect, suspend, or delete subdomains that represent a legal, reputational, or security risk to the platform or its users.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance through a notice on the platform. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.
