Bookings and appointments
The Bookings module lets the business review appointment requests and update their status.
Configuration
Depending on the website setup you can define services, availability and scheduling rules. Use the fields shown in the Bookings module as the source of truth.
Customer flow
Visitors submit booking information through the public website. The booking is stored for the business to review.
Status
Bookings can be moved through states such as pending, confirmed or cancelled according to the current UI.
Payments
Advance payment only exists when a compatible payment flow is explicitly configured. Do not assume every booking is charged automatically.
Booking notifications depend on the website email configuration and monthly transactional-email quota.
Google Calendar
This documentation does not promise two-way Google Calendar synchronization unless that integration is explicitly available in the deployed UI.
