Finance, expenses and receivables

Finance modules provide internal operational records. They do not automatically replace accounting or tax software.

Expenses

The Expenses module can create, edit and delete business expense records.

Receivables

Finance can track debtors, balances, payment history, billing-day information and WhatsApp reminders when a phone number is available.

Totals

Reports can only include data that has been recorded in CreaRápido. External sales do not appear automatically unless entered into the relevant module.

Invoices

Invoice creation is handled in the separate Invoicing module.
