CRM, customers and contacts
The CRM stores contacts captured by the website and records added by the business.
Current limits
Per website:
- Free: up to 20 contacts/leads;
- PRO: up to 5,000 contacts/leads.
When the limit is reached, new lead creation can be blocked until capacity is available or the plan changes.
Contact data
A record can contain name, email, phone/WhatsApp and other source-specific fields. Not every contact has every field.
Manual records
The panel can also be used to add or update customers that came from offline sales, WhatsApp or other channels.
Privacy
Only collect data needed for the business and provide the notices required by applicable privacy law.
