Inventory and stock

Inventory stores products and quantities for the business and can integrate with POS and website orders when products are linked correctly.

Product fields

The current panel can work with name, price, cost, stock, minimum stock, category, barcode, SKU, supplier, unit, image and active/inactive state.

Low stock

Minimum-stock values help identify products that need replenishment.

Checkout stock

Checkout can reserve stock during an order and later confirm or release it depending on payment/order outcome.

Troubleshooting

If stock does not change, verify that the order has a valid productId, the order is actually confirmed/paid, the sale was not a generic quick sale, and the product is active.

Limits

Do not describe inventory as universally “unlimited.” Practical limits still depend on the website plan and stored data.
