Email templates and transactional email

Websites can customize selected business email templates. Platform security/account emails are managed separately by CreaRápido.

Customization

Depending on the template, fields can include subject, body, button text and button URL.

Notification address

A website can set an address for form notifications; otherwise the owner email can be used.

Quota

Transactional email counts against the website monthly quota: 50/month on Free and 500/month on PRO by default, unless an admin override exists.

Good practices

Never place private keys/passwords in templates, use public HTTPS links, and do not guarantee delivery because recipient providers can filter or reject mail.
